ABOUT THIS JOURNEY
This is the culmination of two African American partners whose vision was to continue the tradition begun by Abraham Lincoln Lewis. While attending a conference at a local resort on the island, reading an article about American Beach and it's inhabitants and realizing the toil and joy of the ancestors, they were compelled to explore further. Through much research and local inquiries, they envisioned a renaissance, a rebirth, a revival. They sought and conquered and realized a dream that could again open doors to African Americans and people of all cultures who seek a dream vacation.
