RATES & AVAILABILITY

We welcome your reservations for vacation rentals starting at $3,200 weekly + taxes + $125 cleaning fee.

RATES $500 per night; taxes and cleaning not included.

3-day minimum required. 
**seasonal and holiday rates may apply. (Minimum: weekly rates during peak season)

  • 50% deposit required at time of reservation. The deposit can be made by check.

  • Balance due 30 days before stay and must be paid via PayPal, or Zelle.

  • We require a major credit card on file for incidentals.

COVID-19 UPDATE

​

At StrattMan House we continue to take precautions to provide a safe environment for you and your family. StrattMan House is outfitted with UV lights in the AC system and portable UV lights to sanitize surfaces and objects. The house contains an air purifier and is cleaned and disinfected between guests. All linens washed using high heat settings. A limited amount of sanitizer will be available upon check-in. We suggest you bring sanitizer and masks with you for additional protection as you explore the island.
