General:

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Late Checkout: Extend your stay for $20.00 per hour after 11:00am, if available.
This is a SMOKE-FREE property; this includes inside house, porches and yard space. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to mitigate smoking odor. Please respect the premises and DO NOT SMOKE.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Payment and Reservations:

You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve StrattMan House.
We require a major credit card on file for incidentals; however, you may pay the deposit by check if not within 30 days of your stay. The balance which is due 30 days before your stay must be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Cancellation:

Free cancellation within 48 hours of making reservation
From 48 hours up to 30 days before check-in, you may select one of the below scenarios

1. 50% refund minus service fee of $100.00

2. Replacement found by you or StrattMan House. You will receive the value of the new booking refunded to you minus $100 service fee

3. Rebook later up to one year. Exclusions of certain dates apply.

Rescheduling Fee: You may reschedule one time with more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Rescheduling less than 30 days prior to your arrival date is addressed in the cancellation policy.
Bad Weather (hurricane watch): The full amount can be applied to a future reservation within one year. Exclusions of certain dates apply. Other scenarios can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Insurance: We always suggest trip insurance.
